Literacy Professional Development Project
bullet About the Literacy Professional Development Project
Aranui Primary started the Literacy Professional Development Project (LPDP) at the beginning of 2008 and is continuing with this project during 2009. LPDP is a whole school programme that aims to improve literacy outcomes for all students. Our facilitator, Joy Hawke, works with all staff to increase our knowledge of students' strengths and areas for improvment, and has also helped us improve the effectiveness of our teaching in literacy.
